Pretty Peonies

Every day a new type of flower blooms here. The flower gardens are so lush and mature. As soon as one bloom fades another takes its place. Here are some of the beautiful peonies and iris:

A white tree peony:

The blooms were so large and did not fall over like traditional peonies.

The foliage is beautiful as well:

Each flower must be staked:

That last one might be sweet woodruff? I have some pink peonies in the front yard that I planted last year… they are finally blooming and looking awesome, but nowhere near as full as those! I can’t wait to have a fully matured perennial garden one day.

Meh, I take it back, I don’t think that’s sweet woodruff. Oh well.
