It is the dead of winter here on our farm in Massachusetts, but exciting things are still happening. Yesterday we purchased a new to us car. It is a versatile diesel VW Golf. We decided to purchase this car because it is extremely fuel efficient. It gets about 50 mpg on the highway which makes it as fuel efficient as a hybrid. It is also a hatchback so we can load it up with things like chicken and goat feed.
It is also with excitement that we announce that Luke’s band, Piebald, is reuniting for Bamboozle 2010. They were offered the opportunity to rerelease their entire catalog, along with their new DVD based on their final shows. In celebration of this they are playing their record “We Are The Only Friends That We Have” from start to finish at Bamboozle in NJ in May. The Piebald gang will be practicing here on the farm for their upcoming show.
