Well the first front finally came less than a week shy of November. Whenever we know it’s coming, there’s always a mad rush to harvest anything that is in still in the garden that could potentially be harmed. Seeing as this was a great pepper year, this is what our kitchen table currently looks like.
Not pictured here are a few mounds of eggplant and all of the hot peppers, which are hanging in our barn to try to redden them up.
This weekend, we’ll be making a healthy amount of pepper relish and hot sauce. Mmmmmm…can’t wait!
