Last year, we started chamomile from seed and had very little to harvest. At the start of this year, many little chamomile seedlings popped up near where we had grown the plants last year, so we quickly transplanted those into our herb spiral. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been picking and dehydrating the flowers so we can have chamomile tea on hand.
In our new French press, we made chamomile, mint and sage tea. Mmmmmmm, yummy!
